Equality and Diversity has been a central principle of this University since its founding days. It underpins our continued commitment to root equality and inclusion firmly in all we do.

Our vision is to provide an environment where everyone feels able to participate, contribute, enjoy and influence their experience and where inclusive practices underpin all the University’s activities. Respect for, and celebration of individual diversity will shape institutional strategy, direction and behaviour and staff involvement is welcomed in this shaping at local, focus group and committee level.
