Developing our Staff

The University is nationally recognised by Investors in People (IIP) for promoting and delivering its culture of developing staff to meet current and future challenges. We strongly encourage all colleagues to invest in themselves and their career by taking advantage of a range of learning and development opportunities. The University creates and supports learning and development opportunities including a central programme of events and workshops to support organisational, team, personal and professional development.

All colleagues participate in annual performance review which identifies personal and organisation learning needs and these inform our staff learning and development programme.
