About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Practice Education Team supporting Medicine and Physician Associates students. Practice Education Lecturers prepare and support students and providers to ensure an enhanced learning experience on placement in NHS Trusts, General Practice and private/voluntary organisations. Candidates applying for the Practice Education Lecturer will be expected to have expertise and experience in supporting pre-registration students in clinical and/or in-service learning placements. This post requires travel to placement providers.
About You
As Practice Education Lecturer, you will be an enthusiastic and friendly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to providing an excellent student experience. You should have an established or promising research profile and very good teaching experience on undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes.
To be successful you will further enrich our students’ experience through your expertise and subject knowledge as evidenced through your qualifications. In return, you will join a forward thinking and dynamic team that pushes the boundaries of curriculum development within medicine and medical associate professions.
