About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our Site Services Department within Facilities Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the University operates smoothly by maintaining clean and safe environments across all areas to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent cleaning services throughout the campus, ensuring all spaces are well-maintained. In addition, you will provide excellent services to our students, staff and visitors, contributing to the overall success of the University. Your efforts will support the ongoing improvement of our services and standards, working collaboratively with the rest of the facilities team to enhance the overall experience.

About You

As Site Services Housekeeper you will possess:

• Previous experience in Housekeeping or Cleaning
• A background in a front-line customer service
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
• A commitment to honesty, integrity and high ethical standards
• Capability to meet performance standards independently
• Dependability, including good timekeeping, strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in using and maintaining various cleaning equipment
