About You

You will have a positive and flexible approach and willing to work outdoors in all types of weather. You will be comfortable working on your own initiative and competent in carrying out a range of horticultural including planting, pruning and seeding. This role would suit anyone with a keen interest in nature and its impact on the environment, with previous experience of working in a horticultural background. 

About the Role

You will be part of a Green Flag award winning team, ensuring that the campus grounds, gardens, landscaping and external sports facilities are maintained to the highest possible standard. Delivering a high quality, customer focussed service, you will undertake a wide variety of tasks across the site that include driving duties, litter collection, horticulture and sports pitch maintenance for both grass and artificial surfaces as well as inspection of pitches and grounds. You will also assist in the setting up and subsequent dismantling of sports equipment, cleaning, together with event / function preparation and presentation.
