About You

You will be an experienced manager within higher education administration, with a successful record of managing people. As an exceptional leader and a confident communicator you will be able to inspire, collaborate and turn ideas into action.

Passion and enthusiasm for developing your team is essential, as is the ability to initiate, develop and maintain strategic relationships within and beyond the University.

About the Role 

In this vital leadership and management role, you will have responsibility for Academic Registry’s general operations, including resource management and staff recruitment and development.  

Providing visionary leadership, you will play a significant role in the maintenance of a culture of high performance across the Department. You will ensure that Academic Registry staff actively contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives, and will build highly effective, positive and professional working relationships with colleagues across the University to champion enhancements to service delivery.
