About You

You will need the ability to create, lead and develop a team; creating a culture of high performance and harnessing enthusiasm to deliver an outstanding student experience. An understanding of the issues facing HE and students with experience of putting effective strategies into place to develop and enhance services in an education (or similar) setting is essential.

Experience of service design, delivering outstanding customer service and using feedback to enhance service delivery. The ability to build strong relationships across a large and complex organisation.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate, persuade and influence as well as someone who will take a risk and try something new.

About the Role

This is a new role for the University arising from the comprehensive Student Journey Programme.  You will have a unique opportunity to create and shape the team and function to deliver our ambition of providing the most outstanding student experience in UK Higher Education. They will work across all levels of the University, building strong business relationships and their work will have a real impact on the life of the Institution.
