About You

You will be a proactive, forward looking individual with exceptional communication skills. With excellent organisation skills you will be flexible and have the ability to support a wide range of administrative processes.

A positive team worker, you will have experience of working in a busy office providing high levels of customer care and maintaining confidentiality at all times. You will have excellent attention to detail and possess the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines.

About the Role

The post is based in the University’s Academic Registry, a central support department that serves to provide high quality administrative systems and services to facilitate the student journey from enrolment through to award conferral.

You will work within the Assessment team acting as the main point of contact for queries relating to assessment and results, exceptional mitigating circumstances and examinations. In addition to this, the post carries specific responsibility for the management of requests from former and current students for confirmation of assessment and/or awards information (including university transcripts).


You will benefit from 22 days annual leave plus 13 bank holiday and University closure days per annum, pro rata.
