About You

You will be analytical and have complex problem-solving skills whilst showing commitment, flexibility and the ability to be a good team player. You will have experience in managing apprenticeship compliance, ensuring accuracy of evidence packs, data and ILR submissions and use in depth knowledge of ESFA apprenticeship funding rules and methodology to make key decisions relating to the effectiveness and reliability of evidence requirement. To be successful you will hold strong interpersonal and communication skills and have experience in providing specialist support and technical advice to a wide variety of audiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting new position within the Compliance Team supporting the compliant delivery of the University's degree apprenticeship offer. This is a varied and evolving role and the post holder will work independently to ensure the University remains contractually compliant in its apprenticeship delivery.

Your roles and responsibilities will include playing a key role in coordination and timely submission of the ILR to the ESFA, ensuring that apprentice records are accurate, up to date and meet current ILR data collection requirements. You will provide specialist support and guidance to colleagues within the University and employer partners on the successful collection of evidence to support and underpin funding claims. Alongside managing the University’s Apprenticeship Service account, you will also take management of apprenticeship evidence packs and processing and approval of change requests.
