Apprenticeship Systems Officer

About You

You will hold strong interpersonal and communication skills in addition to excellent IT skills including databases, MS Word, MS Excel and data retrieval and reporting. You will be highly numerate and methodical ensuring accuracy and attention to detail and as well as possessing in depth knowledge of ESFA apprenticeship funding rules and methodology, you will have experience of operating a student records system, along with analysis of large datasets. To be successful, you will be committed, flexible and a good team player.

About the Role

This is an exciting new position within the Compliance Team supporting the compliant delivery of the University's degree apprenticeship offer. You will play an integral role in the implementation and ongoing support and maintenance of the apprenticeship management system, ensuring that all outputs are fit for purpose and meet both internal and external requirements. You will be required to adopt best practice in relation to using the system and embed this standard across the University by providing users with advice, guidance and support in the operation of the system.
