About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to work closely with programme co-ordinators and the Departmental Administration manager in the Faculty of Health, Social Care & Medicine to establish a cohesive and integrated administration team in order to deliver an outstanding student experience. The post will have an integrated portfolio of responsibilities which will support the full student journey from recruitment to award, together with the general business functions of the school.

About You

As Senior Administrator, you will have excellent organisational skill, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise both your own and others workload planning in order to meet deadlines to the required quality standards with the ability to lead on programmes of work. You will also be able to define priorities and work flexibly and effectively under pressure to meet demanding and often conflicting deadlines and experience of successfully line managing staff including conducting performance reviews.

In addition to this, you will be able to sett objectives, providing constructive feedback and provide flexible support during busy times or periods of change as well as have the ability and willingness to use own initiative, with minimal supervision to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
