About You

With an excellent understanding of the regulatory environment that governs apprenticeship delivery, you will have experience of providing advice on and explaining complex administrative procedures. You will be experienced in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and be highly numerate with a methodical approach, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

We are seeking an individual who is able to work unsupervised exercising judgment and initiative as well as being an effective member of a team. To be successful, you will be able to plan effectively and work flexibly, often managing competing and conflicting demands.

About the Role

The post is based in the University’s Academic Registry, a central support service that serves to provide high quality administrative systems and services to facilitate the student journey from enrolment through to award conferral.

In this role you will play an integral part in the compliant delivery of the University’s apprenticeship offer. This is an evolving role and the effective delivery will reply on a self-motivated individual with outstanding planning, innovation and communication skills.
