About the Role

We are looking for an effective international recruiter to join our International Recruitment and Marketing team. To be successful you will be a proactive and committed professional, eager to have a positive impact and able to demonstrate flexibility in changing circumstances. You will have the communication skills to build relationships, influence and persuade successfully. Customer and detail focused, you will take care to deliver excellent customer care in a professional, friendly and accurate fashion. Organised and efficient, you will work well as part of a team, and be capable of working successfully as an individual and with strict deadlines to meet.

Experience of international student recruitment within the South Asia region is desirable but not essential.  If you are excited by the prospect of supporting students in their decision to embark on a life changing experience, then this might be the role for you.

About You

As International Recruitment and Marketing Officer, you will:

• Have experience of working in (higher) education in the UK, with an understanding of international recruitment and marketing.
• Possess demonstrable knowledge of higher education systems outside the UK.
• Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the experience and capability of building effective networks and working relationships with both colleagues and external contacts.
