About the Role

As Campus Community Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to deliver, as part of a wider team, all aspects of safety and security, alongside supporting the wellbeing of our students. You will play a key part in delivering an excellent experience and will understand the importance of being positive and engaging whilst proactively working to find solutions to issues you come across.

About You

As Campus Community Support Assistant, you will have:

  • Experience working in a customer focused role, ideally within a team providing FM related services or similar
  • Experience of incident management, neighbourhood management or student related services
  • A flexible, can-do attitude 
  • The ability to relate well to our staff and students in what can be challenging and difficult situations 
  • A positive, proactive and flexible approach in delivering a consistently high-quality customer-focused service to all stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • A professional behavior, setting an example for others and actively contributing to the delivery of a positive culture to safeguard the wellbeing of Edge Hills community members
