About You

You will be a highly motivated individual who is flexible in their approach to adapt to shifting priorities and service requirements. You should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a solution focussed approach to problem solving. Experience of using databases, word processing and spreadsheets along with being able to pay attention to detail and prioritise tasks are essential to the role. Your ability to be an effective communicator will ensure that you quickly establish yourself as a key member of our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role 

You will be responsible for supporting a range of administrative processes which relate to the recruitment, monitoring and tracking of students on post-qualifying education modules/programmes within the Faculty. This includes the provision of advice and guidance to enquirers, current students and staff across a range of health and social care disciplines. In particular, you will provide support for a range of flexible programmes and will be the first point of contact for students looking to consolidate their learning opportunities and progress onto named awards.
