About You

With excellent customer service skills you will represent the university as a professional establishment by delivering tailored information. You will have proven experience of working within a busy, customer focussed environment and dealing with enquiries from a range of individuals ensuring they are dealt with in a professional manner.

A strong team player, you will be able to organise and prioritise your own workload effectively and work flexibly and reliably to meet the needs of the team. You will have excellent IT and data entry skills along with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail. With the ability to use your initiative to solve problems effectively and efficiently,  you will have excellent demonstrable communication skills and be comfortable using a range of platforms including phone, written, email and social media. 

About the Role 

You will be required to provide an exceptional front-line customer experience to enquirers and potential students and support wider student recruitment initiatives. Acting as the first point of contact for prospective students and key influencers, you will provide an outstanding customer service and ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in a professional manner. You will also provide events assistance, co-ordinating campus tours and supporting Open Days and Applicant Visit Days.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a professional and friendly team. In return the successful candidate will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of student recruitment activities.
