About You

If you are looking for an exciting administrative opportunity in a dynamic team then this is the role for you.  Being part of the newly established Partnership Development Team within the Faculty of Education as we grow and develop, will provide you with an opportunity to have a positive influence on the student experience.

We are looking for an Partnership Administrator to join our Partnership Development Team. An individual who is reliable, highly motivated, and able to work on your own initiative; you will be an enthusiastic administrator with proven organisational and prioritisation skills. To be successful it is essential that you are flexible and positive in your approach to work, allowing you to build relationships that enable you to effectively work as part of a team.

About the Role

The Faculty of Education Partnership Development team is an innovative and high functioning team that meets the demands and challenges of the fast-paced and changing landscape of school placements and partnerships. With responsibility for sourcing allocating all placements on behalf of faculty departments, the team works fluidly to adapt to complex and changing needs due to recruitment and compliance fluctuations.

You will provide administrative support for all aspects of placements and partnership including liaising with students, communicating with schools and settings and coordinating with academic and professional support colleagues to ensure placements run fluently.  In this role you will be a member of high performing team, liaising with colleagues from across the Faculty of Education, helping to establish effective administration processes. You will also be in regular contact with students, being sensitive to their needs and solution focused is essential.

You will work closely with all members of the Faculty of Education.
