Management Information Systems Analyst, Faculty of Education

Salary:  £27,025 to £29,515 per annum pro rata

About You

You will have the ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with customers and colleagues. You will have the aptitude and motivation to develop knowledge and skills of systems, report design and project management techniques as these are fundamental requirements of the role. A positive, customer focussed, self-motivated approach will contribute to the delivery of high levels of professional standards and behaviours and to the continuing delivery of excellent customer service. Excellent numerical, analytical and IT skills are essential for this role. You will be reliable, highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative; you will have proven organisational and prioritisation skills. To be successful it is essential that you have excellent analytical skills to enable you to effectively manage the data held within the Faculty.

About the Role 

This post is located within the Faculty of Education (FoE) Partnership Development Team. You will be accountable to the Partnership Development Manager, through the Senior Partnership Administrator, for the coordination and management of a wide range of administrative support for the sourcing and allocating of placements. The postholder will be required to form an excellent working relationship with the other Partnership Administrators to ensure the administration for the whole of the area is wholly effective. This post is essential to enable the efficient organisation of information and systems throughout the Faculty of Education.  The role requires a positive, customer focussed, self-motivated approach to support Faculty processes.

The postholder will be required to continually review the processes and procedures for within the Partnership Development team to ensure these are the most effective and develop and refine where required.
