            <p data-pasted="true">We&rsquo;re here to create and harness knowledge, to deliver opportunity for everyone.&nbsp;</p><h2 style="margin-left:0cm;">About the Role</h2><p>This is an opportunity to take on a senior leadership role with significant influence over the University&rsquo;s future growth and the experience of students from their first interaction with Edge Hill through to enrolment.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Your main duties and responsibilities will include:</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Lead the University&rsquo;s student recruitment and admissions strategy, translating institutional priorities and student number targets into integrated, evidence-led plans that support recruitment performance and financial sustainability&nbsp;</li><li>Provide strategic oversight of the applicant journey from initial engagement through to enrolment, leading recruitment, admissions and conversion activity to deliver an inclusive, efficient and high-quality experience for prospective students and applicants&nbsp;</li><li>Leading and developing high performing recruitment and admissions services, using data, market intelligence and sector insight to drive continuous improvement, manage risk and provide authoritative advice to senior University leaders.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>You will have the opportunity to shape an integrated approach to student recruitment and admissions, lead and develop established teams and work closely with senior leaders across the University on student number planning, portfolio development and recruitment strategy. You will have a strong track record of developing and delivering successful recruitment or admissions strategies, leading complex services and multidisciplinary teams and using data and market intelligence to drive performance and inform decision making.&nbsp;</p><p>You will combine strategic thinking with strong operational judgement, excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior academic and professional colleagues.
