 About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme Administrator (Medicine) to join our Faculty of Health, Social Care & Medicine and to play a key supporting role in the development of our new Medical School.

This will be a varied, interesting and fast paced role, you will be working alongside a high performing team and be part of an exciting development of a new medical school. Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate administrative processes relating to the progression of students undertaking undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within Edge Hill University Medical School. The meticulous tracking of students and processing of student assessments from submission to award and co ordinate the productions of timetables, student engagement activities and communications to ensure the smooth organization and management of programmes. 

 Anticipated start date for this vacancy will be 1st August 2024.

 About You

As a Programme Administrator (Medicine) you will have:

  • Experience of working in an administrative and busy office environment
  • Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in order to meet deadlines to required quality standards
  • A high level of customer service skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships
