About the Role

Required for immediate start following clearances.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Administrator to join the Graduate School Administration team. With a solution orientated approach, you will triage email and telephone enquiries from current and prospective postgraduate researchers to ensure quality responses and an excellent postgraduate researcher experience. 

You will be a key point of information for helpdesk and postgraduate admission enquiries and support the development and maintenance of Graduate School resources for students, supervisors, and the Edge Hill community.

About You

As Administrator you will have:

  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective organisation, with ability to work to agreed deadlines and using your initiative
  • Attention to detail, with experience of producing high quality documents
