About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Placements Administrator (Medicine) to join the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Medicine within the Medical School Administration Department. This will be a varied, interesting and fast paced role, working within a high performing team and being a key function in a new medical school.

You will be providing administrative support for placements within the school’s portfolio of programmes, working collaboratively with the team to ensure a high quality student experience and supporting all aspects of practice learning placements, including planning, organisation, monitoring and quality assurance.

About You

As Placements Administrator (Medicine) you will have:

  • Experience of working in an administrative role and within a busy office environment
  • High organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Clear and positive communications skills, working with a wide network of internal and external colleagues
