About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Progamme Administrator to join the School Administration Team, based primarily at our Ormskirk campus but with the option to work across the campus sites we support, to deliver an outstanding student experience and to meet the business needs of the school. The post will be varied, interesting and challenging and have an integrated portfolio of responsibilities which will support the full student journey from recruitment to award, together with the general business functions of the school. 

You will co-ordinate a wide range of administrative support and work collaboratively with colleagues within the NMAH School Administration Team to contribute to a cohesive and integrated team.

About You

Aa Programme Administrator, you will have experience of working in an administrative/ organisational role in a busy office environment. You will have proven experience of servicing formal meetings and minute taking, as well as proficient in the use of database management, records systems, and software packages. 

You will be a pro-active and forward-thinking individual and have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. You have demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholder groups. You should also be able to work on own initiative and use creativity to solve problems.
