About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Academic Quality Officer to join a friendly, supportive and hardworking Quality Assurance team here at Edge Hill University.

You will provide professional administrative support to a team of Academic Quality and Standards Managers (AQSMs), providing support for the maintenance of high quality data and information held in the University’s curriculum management system. Overseeing the aspects of academic programme management, data collection analysis and the effective monitoring and review of programmes.

Please note, the current working pattern is 29 Hours Per week from Monday – Thursday, however the working pattern is open to negotiation and will be discussed further if appointed.

About You

As Academic Quality Officer you will have:

  • Ability to write detailed, accurate reports and minutes to a high standard
  • Ability to handle and interpret detailed data sets accurately and confidentially
  • Strong digital literacy skills
  • Ability to plan workloads, and organise time and resources with limited supervision
