About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join the Sports Centre team. In this role you will have a specific role to play as the first point of contact for many of the Centre’s users in both an administrative and service capacity. A high level of customer care delivered in both the café and reception areas is vital to the success of this post and to the complex as a whole.

About You

As a Receptionist you will have experience of working in a busy customer facing service industry, experience of previously or the passion and drive of wanting to work as a receptionist in a sports centre environment and clearly understand the reception role and responsibilities as part of a team in supporting the smooth operation of the facility

You will be able to create positive first impressions and to develop relationships with customers through excellent communication skills. You can work with minimal supervision demonstrating problem solving and time management and demonstrate excellent Customer Care in dealing with all customers. 


You will benefit from 22 days annual leave plus 13 bank holiday and University closure days per annum, pro rata.
