About the Role

Working at one of the most significant and innovative providers of education and training for the children and adult education workforce in the country, this role is an intrinsic part of supporting excellence in the learning and teaching of our students.

This role offers you an exciting and unique opportunity grounded in registry functions yet working across a variety of teams within the university, enabling you to work at the intersections between policy, regulation, student experience, and quality standards and review work. 

This role encourages critique of the status quo, benchmarking of practice external to the university, development of professional networks and personal development planning. As well as this you will be provided with comprehensive training and development in all systems and processes concerned.

About You

With experience of creating a supportive culture, you will be able to relate to staff at all levels by demystifying complex information, challenging uncertainty and building confidence in colleagues. To be successful, you will have experience of high-level planning, organising and prioritising with an ability to lead on projects. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail whilst often working under pressure to tight deadlines.

A problem solver, you will be comfortable using your own initiative and tact to resolve issues in a time critical manner. The successful candidate will be flexible and able to cope with change whilst being forward thinking and willing to contribute positively to continuous improvement within the workplace.
