About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme Administrator to join the Nursing and Midwifery School Administration Team. We are looking for someone to work Part-Time across Monday to Friday, however, we are open to being flexible on this.

This role is based in our Off-Campus Learning Hub.  This team is dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience to students and stakeholders. You will be responsible for arranging the Practice Placement Allocations to our students.  Practice Placements take place at various points during their Programmes.  You will be responsible for ensuring each Placement allocated meets the needs of each individual student.  You will work closely with Academic Teams and part of a wider team who are managing all of the Placement Allocations for all of our students.   This is a rewarding and interesting role based in a busy team.

About You

As a Programme Administrator, you will:

  • Have working knowledge and experience of accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume processing environment
  • Have excellent oral and written communication
  • Have high level customer service skills from working in a busy office environment with a range of stakeholder groups
  • Be highly organised and proactive
  • Be friendly, approachable, and flexible attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Be positive and solution focussed
