            <p id="isPasted">We&rsquo;re here to create and harness knowledge, to deliver opportunity for everyone.&nbsp;</p><h2>About the Role</h2><p>As Postdoctoral Research Assistant you will contribute to a funded research project examining wellbeing, loneliness, and perceived health across age, religion, and sexual identity using large-scale secondary survey data from the Community Life Survey (CLS). The role will involve quantitative data management and analysis, stakeholder and network engagement activity, dissemination support, and contribution to research outputs including reports, publications, and future funding applications.</p><p>You will work closely with the Principal Investigator to support the delivery of a wider programme of research focused on wellbeing, identity, inclusion and coaching psychology.             <p id="isPasted">We&rsquo;re here to create and harness knowledge, to deliver opportunity for everyone.&nbsp;</p><h2>About the Role</h2><p>The Research Assistant will support an 18-month qualitative, proof of concept study investigating barriers to learning and forms of non-learning among Further Education sport student.</p><p>Working under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, Dr. Mark Partington, you will contribute to sustained fieldwork within a partner FE college, including non-participant observations, stimulated recall interviews with tutors and students, transcription, anonymisation, secure data management, coding and literature collation.&nbsp;</p><p>The role requires experience in qualitative research, careful handling of sensitive educational data, and the ability to organise a substantial dataset comprising field observation notes and interview transcripts.
