As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cleaning and portering services across campus.</p><p>Reporting to the FM Site Services Supervisor, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for maintaining excellent standards across academic, residential, and support areas. Your duties will include routine and deep cleaning, supporting portering activities, maintaining equipment and supplies, and ensuring all work is carried out in line with service level agreements.</p><p>You will also engage with students, staff, and visitors, providing a professional and friendly service while contributing to a welcoming and inclusive environment. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work across different areas of campus and adapt to changing operational needs.</p><p>The role will predominantly be worked Monday to Friday; however, there may be occasions where weekend working is required to meet business needs.
