About the Role
Edge Hill University is seeking an inspirational and strategic leader to join its Executive Team as Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education & Student Success). This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our educational offer aligned to our new 5-year Strategic Plan “Our Connected Futures”.
Reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor, you will provide strategic leadership across the University’s academic portfolio, driving excellence in teaching, learning, digital innovation, student success, and academic quality. You will lead our three academic faculties and the Centre for Enhanced Learning and Teaching (CELT), ensuring a high-performing and inclusive environment where staff and students can thrive.
We are looking for a visionary and collaborative leader with significant senior leadership experience in higher education, a strong understanding of the evolving sector landscape, and a proven ability to deliver strategic change, organisational growth, and outstanding student outcomes.
