As Head of Organisational Development, you’ll lead strategic, values-led OD initiatives that build organisational capability, strengthen wellbeing and inclusion, and embed a people-first culture that supports high performance and long-term sustainability.

This high-impact role will drive a joined-up approach to the employee experience, influencing strategy at a senior level, and shaping a culture where people can thrive at every stage of their journey - contributing to student success through service excellence, engagement, and wellbeing.
