About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a programme administrator to join a friendly and supportive team who are fully committed to provide a high level of administrative support to help deliver excellent programmes for our students. You will join the Nursing and Midwifery Department based within the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Medicine and support with a variety of tasks including the Administration of Assessments for our programmes.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Being responsible for the Administration of Assessment Data for a range of Programmes across our School Portfolio
  • Having a friendly, approachable and flexible attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Organise and Secretary Meetings as part of a wider team

About You

As Programme Administrator, you will have:

  • High level customer service skills, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills and eye for detail
  • Experience of thriving on working in a busy office environment
