About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Content Designer to join the Student Recruitment Marketing Department. You will become part of a vital University function and be responsible for managing website content across a range of topics and initiatives, working with staff across the institution.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing website content projects and coordinate content updates to established sections and create new ones, liaising with subject matter experts and Web Services based in IT to facilitate technical solutions as necessary.
- Coordinating activities and tasks to address website content governance, quality assurance and accessibility, including creation of training materials for content editors based in departments.
- Identifying new areas of development based on analysis of analytics, user research and through a proactive approach to problem solving.
You will be encouraged to work collaboratively and proactively, using creative problem solving to develop solutions.

About You
As Content Designer, you will have:
- Experience of managing website content and coordinating complex website projects and developments with a range of stakeholders
- A thorough, detail-oriented and proactive approach to work, with good copywriting abilities, communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly
- Experience of creating, updating, optimising, reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of website content using serval tools
